Richard Carter Photos
Some interesting new material is available in the Gallery. First, Irmgard M. Carter, daughter of Tech-4 Richard A. Carter (the Association's President for several years in the 1950-60's) has kindly provided some beautiful photographs and memorabilia from and about her father, including the picture shown to the right of the Second Annual Reunion of the 761st Tank Battalion and Allied Veterans Association that was held in Chicago in August of 1950.
